Snowshoeing in this was way warmer than I expected, the fit sits high enough that no cold air sneaks up my back. It layers cleanly over my base pants without bunching at the knees.

Wore this around the campfire on a chilly night and my legs stayed warm the whole time. The flattering fit is real — it doesn't cling weird over base layers.

Took this out on a snowshoeing loop last weekend and my legs stayed toasty the whole time, even with just a thin base layer underneath. The fit is forgiving through the hips without feeling baggy, and it moves well when I’m stepping over logs or crouching by the fire afterward.
