I was skeptical about the weight, but the innovative materials really make this shelter feel sturdy without the bulk. The user-first design is obvious in how easily the poles click into place, and the whole setup took me under five minutes on a breezy ridge.

The fly stakes are incredibly light yet held firm in gusty wind last weekend. I’ve never packed a shelter this small that still gives me enough room to sit up and change.

Pitched this in steady drizzle and the bathtub floor kept every drop out — even my sleeping bag brushed against the walls without a damp spot. The whole thing packs down smaller than my sleeping pad, which honestly feels like cheating for how much room you get inside.
