Wore this on a soggy hike last weekend and my core stayed dry the whole time, which honestly surprised me for how light it packs. The vest blocks wind without turning into a sauna, so I never had to stop and strip layers.

The breathable membrane really does its job — I stayed dry on a drizzly hike while my core stayed warm. Packs down small enough to stuff in a side pocket when the sun came out.

Wore this on a chilly trail run and my core stayed warm without that clammy feeling you get from less breathable layers. The membrane shed light drizzle like nothing, and it packs down small enough to stuff in my pack when the sun came out.
